Oh for sure. When it first started it was very bad. Like not being able to get the word out and having to take another breath and try again. It was bad when people always thought I was lying about what we i was saying. It got better after the start, but still the typical st-st-st-st-stutter. Over the years I started switching word out and blocking. Pausing awkwardly before saying a word but being able to say it fluently most of the time. Or prolonging the sound of the first letter or vowel. “sssssaaavory” instead of s-s-s-s-savory just trying to not have the obvious typical st-st-st-stutter.
