Once upon a time in Hollywood

Once upon a time in Hollywood Leo’s character Rick Dalton has a stutter and I know it’s acting and not real. But do any of you stutter like this? I wish I was able to stutter through my words the way Leo does in the film. I try and practice such a technique and sometimes it works but then I end up back in my old ways with no long term success. Do any of you have success with trying to flow through your stutter? Keep the air moving?
