It's ok if your speech isn't perfect and if these people aren't gonna judge you on your speech, they will find something else to judge you on anyway. One trick that might work I do this online and it's weird at first but might be worth trying. Get a Bluetooth ear piece and have it set so you hear yourself delayed like 3-4 seconds. Not sure how you could do that maybe a voice recorder program or something. Idk hearing my voice as I talk seems to confuses my brain so much I don't stutter much.
