It might depend on their age. I started stuttering in my teens and I would have really liked to meet an adult who had the same troubles as me, but obviously teen =/= little kid. Does your stutter show at all during your interviews? If it does that might be enough for the kid to feel better about their own stutter even if it's not addressed overtly.
