My tip is to expose yourself to triggers, in your case, your trigger is speaking with **strangers**. Try to reduce the power of this trigger to desensitize, and teach your brain that **strangers** are not a threat, and that even if you perceive **strangers** as dangerous, continue responding calmly to it, or ignore the perceived threat, and decide to move your speech muscles anyway (during a speech block).
