Thank you for those words. The manager isn’t really a manager I would say more of a shift leader. Well she didn’t entertain it though. All she said was in Spanish but in English she said “ Yeah he’s shy but give him patience”. I am actually going to quit either way cause I got a better job at Walmart that pays more and it’s for personal shopper so not too much talking. Should I still tell my manager about it even though I’m going to quit? I don’t think it will make much of a difference.
