If you have solid proof, you can sue. The job market is just awful right now, I’m 1k applications and ~20 interviews deep and I still don’t have a job, but I don’t think it’s the stutter, it’s just employers can be as picky as they want. Or it’s a sham interview and they had no intention of hiring anyone in the first place.
