Don't let your stutter define you, pick something you like for your major or just get a job that's in your interest, either way you're gonna be fine trust me. Also I've found that people tend to be much more nice after explaining my speech impediment and try to take the time to explain at least to your loved ones and close friends how their words undermine your confidence.
