stutter getting worse

stutter getting worse hi, im getting worried. i have a stutter since more than a year but its getting worse since few weeks. i have a slight stutter, but since few weeks, im struggling so much. so many times i cant get the words out, like at all. im struggling a lot more on short words and hard ones, and im having a lot of blocks, like a lot. so it's becoming to be really hard to talk, im feeling bad and insecure about it
