Work as a senior engineer in tech (one of the big tech companies ) I actually love my stutter as I feel it makes me who I am. I've also found that I am much more aware of my blocks than work colleagues and even my staff when I've managed teams have been. I would mention at the intro to a presentation that I would give might stutter during the presentation, and then people would approach me and say that they had no idea and if I hadn't mentioned it they wouldn't have known. However i always notice my blocks. So Yes it's frustrating at times when I just want to eloquently get my point across and then just freeze on a word. However i honestly wouldn't change a thing and actually now kind of enjoy my stutter as I learn more about myself and try to work with it rather than fight against it. It's become a strong part of my identity that I like.
