I'm the same age as you and for me what helps Is to take some breaths to calm me down and take the pressed off of my chest. Also not caring what others think helps a lot with anxiety and makes you stutter less, I had a therapist to help with this. Remind yourself often that you can speak and that even though it might not be perfect you can convey what you wanna say.
