One of the ultimate annoying, mysterious things about this disorder: how we're totally fluent one instance, then struggling on nearly every single word the next. In my experience, the only surefire thing that helps is more exposure to situations you're nervous about: phone calls, presentations, conversations in general, etc. Just talk more, or rather, talk just as much as you would if you *didn't* stutter. Even if you don't become more fluent, you'll at least become less anxious about speaking.
