I cant talk properly with anyone.Yesterday at an exam,I met my senior and he asked me who my class teachers were and I couldn't even speak the name of one and he laughed at my poor memory and went away. Whenever i strike a convo it only goes for 1 2 mins as I know i would block hard and it would be awkward. Also no amount of breathing exercises are helping.I often behave rudely with my parents because of bad experience at college and haven't told or expressed anyone about my stutter.
