I have the same problem but taking it as a big deal brings in anxiety which ultimately makes it worse for overall life in general, just think like it is what it is and try speech therapy if you have not, I have not tried it but I'm sure it helps. Not every day is the same, sometimes I stutter less and more on others where I'm in a severe situation such as told by you, but you must only focus on the good days and push on until you are comfortable in your skin. Pay attention to your strengths and enhance them.
