Im software developer and I'm changing jobs for the first time after spending 3 years with my first company. Here I didn't have to attend meetings if I didnt want to, expetially if they are in English (2nd language). At the new job that won't be the case, I will have regular meetings, mostly with forain teams and clients and I'm absolutely terrified. The fact that I didn't have to attend meetings is the only reason I even stayed here for so long, would have left years ago. I hate the fact that I make decisions based on stuttering...
