It’s merely the human experience, there are many types of diseases/disorders/syndromes etc… Our existence and what we get most of the time is life throwing a dart on a board and that’s what we get, certain ones are bigger/more likely to land dude to genetics or environmental factors. I fully understand your situation and everyone gets hopeless even though they put up this facade of always being strong, it’s definitely not easy and there being no cure just means you have to accept it even if it may take a lifetime. Going back to the dart board example you can take the odds of landing one syndrome with a disease, what are the odds of that? Pretty fucking low, but it happened didn’t it? So you don’t have a choice, which is why you should better yourself so even if you have these problems you can say to yourself “they made me a better person” or “gave me the motivation/drive because I truly know what it’s like to struggle”.
