I think men who stutter are more patient and understanding — and kinder. Maybe I’m biased because I stutter as well, though I’m a woman. It’s a struggle especially at a young age. I’m 22, starting dental school in the fall in a new country and I’m terrified! In the end it’s just another part of who you are, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t take a lot of work to accept.
