Dealing with blocks which last a minute on a word.

Dealing with blocks which last a minute on a word. How do you make it bearable? I get stuck on words that start wth p, k, g, b and wth letters like A,H i repeat a lot wth it(a-a-a) . I never cared about it. But now It’s very much severe. I can’t even talk to my family members properly. It would have been okay if I stuttered but the word Atleast came out. Anybody been through to type of stutter? Any advice or maybe even your experience, would love to know and read about it
