Stuttering when planning sentences/words

Stuttering when planning sentences/words Heya! Been struggling with stuttering for the past year, but it seems slightly different than most explanations of stuttering online. Stuttering for me comes if i’ve had time to think about what I’m going to say. This comes if I have a way I’d plan to start a conversation. So perhaps I wanted to tell a friend something to start a conversation. Or I had something i wanted to order from a shop and asked for it. I would stutter on the first word of that sentence. It also then comes the other way, if someone asks a question and I have too much time. Typically when a questions asked to multiple people. Say some asked me and a group of friends ‘what are your name’s?’, by the time it got to me I would stutter on my name. Once the word has had time to brew in my mind i won’t be able to say it. The only way I can speak without stuttering is by just speaking. my current thoughts. When in a fast flowing conversation this can be alright when i’m quickly responding and quickly thinking of things to ask. But if any time is spent thinking over a question to ask someone, I’ll stutter trying to say it. I’m able to read aloud something written down if i’ve not seen it previously. But if i’ve seen it i’ll stutter the first word. It seems quite different than most stuttering as there’s not a sound or letter I struggle with, but just that once I’ve thought of a word i’ll stutter it. Does anyone else have this kind of stutter/know of other people? Sorry that this is really long, just wanna make sure it’s explained proper:) TL:DR Stutter only if I have thought about the word
