I actually relate to this post alot. I feel the same. Even with topics I know inside and out, I find it hard to articulate it properly. I think the people you've met that are 'articulate stutterers'. I don't think they have developed the same 'rules' in their head of what they can and can't say. They aren't playing the 'mental games' that the covert stutterer is. Just my opinion though.
