I remember back in high school I used to stay up suuuper late (basically pulling all nighters) before I had to do a presentation. My logic was my brain would be so tired it would be too tired to sleep. It usually didn’t work out for me so after a few failed attempts I just communicated with all my teachers explaining my stutter gave me anxiety and I couldn’t do presentations in front of crowds. They were super accommodating and I ended up giving my presentation to just my teachers and maybe some friends from class if I felt comfortable. Being honest and upfront with my teachers really helped me become more confident. I wish you the best of luck! You’ll pull through it :)
