I know I'm late to this post but- I stutter A LOT when I talk to my dad because he has a tendency to rush me and correct me if I get even one detail of what I'm saying wrong. I have no idea how to talk to him about this without hurting his feelings, it's just how he is. I get scared that I'll get a detail wrong or I won't explain something enough so I'll have to elaborate for him....its stressful. I enjoy having intelligent conversation with him, but it's been difficult as of late.
