Great topic, i just came back from the Mcguire Program and thats the first thing they immediately pointed out to me. They taught me how to stop hiding my stutter and just attack it. At first it felt like a setback since word replacement was my number 1 used trick that has become a habit for as long as ive stuttered. After the course, i learned how to overcome my blocks and i feel like a new person. I love how you reference the "stutter closet", whats silly is we thought we can hide it, but the reality is everybody around me have always known, they just didnt say sh*t to not hurt my feelings LOL . What program did you use ? i would love to compare ideas
