I've done HCRI Twice and I have never met the man, he was likely there because enrollment was way down and perhaps they had to let someone go. They recently announced they are closing on June 30th and plan to try to do this online due to lack of enrollment. The only great thing about their program was the front desk woman Linda she is AWESOME
