I'd consider those compensatory behaviors as a maladaptive response to the trigger that is fear of speaking to individuals and groups. If you resolve that trigger, it's a domino effect from thereon out. If human interaction does not elicit fear and anxiety, your brain doesn't need to utilize compensatory behaviors, and so the behaviors you've listed would eventually die out because the pathways are no longer being used.
