Could this be qualified as a stutter? I have been diagnosed with dysgraphia which has also heavily effected my handwriting to a negative degree. I struggle with the letter 'W', if i were to say 'William' i would end up saying Wwwwwwilliam', to the point i just skip the letter w and would just say 'illiam', though i have troubles with that too sometimes even if i do skip the W, so id likely just say Liam. It seems to only happen in conversations, if i wanted to i could just say the word 'william' again and again right now but something about a conversation just leaves me struggling to get words out
