Disability

Disability Is stuttering a learning disability? I have stuttered my entire 30 years of life. I was told I most likely have a mutation in the part of my brain that is responsible for speech. I was always afraid to ask questions in elemetety school because I talked differently so I had crappy grades and was put into the "special" classes.
