Very interesting question! In my opinion, my psychological thought that triggers my stuttering is "I cannot speak fluently now, because I need more in order to speak fluently", this is my OCD because when I try to speak fluently then what I'm actually doing is unconsciously thinking about this habitual OCD thought (result is that my mind is predicting and searching for stutters).
