Drive thru situations are the worst! I feel the same way at a drive thru as I do when I am talking on the phone. My anxiety increases and I am way more likely to stutter. I've also had the employee say "what? huh?" in the middle of me stuttering. So embarrassing and frustrating. You just gotta push through it.
