Root Cause of stuttering

Root Cause of stuttering What's the root cause of stuttering?? When I read, I speak fluently Then when I talk stuck in every first letter Feels like sound stuck in Vocal cord it isn't coming out. Don't know but i feel like it's vocal cord issue or something Brain Nurulogical disorder
