My stutter constantly gets worse. Losing hope Had a stutter since I was a kid. Always had it. Some weeks are good other weeks are bad For the past 3 months my stutter has been severely bad to the point I have literal 20+ second blocks and run out of air to breath. I've tried speaking slowly, I've tried diaphragmatic breathing, I've tried using my lower tone of voice , I've tried pausing every 2/3 words which just gives me more blocks. I've tried Ashawaganda. I've tried every trick in the book. Even if I do my breathing and try to speak slowly my blocks appear. And if I pause and breath and restart , it appears again. I literally can't even say 2 words without stuttering that's how bad it is. The only time i get to enjoy myself speaking is when I'm on my own. I dont stutter at all. I'm losing all hope. My stutter has never been his bad. I'm now trying hypnotherapy as a last resort and I'll probably go back to speech therapy again.
