For years I used to think like this. Always asking myself "why me?". I spent so much time dwelling on it. Wasting a lot of energy on it. It made me sad and I was further away from my goals by thinking about it. At times I felt the universe was against me. You can either stay in that mind set or take positive action. By telling yourself to stop feeling sorry for yourself. By thinking that every setback is preparation for the next one. By believing in yourself and the goals you want to set for yourself. But remember, it's a marathon. Not a sprint.
