Hey I'm 27 years old with a stutter. I was in a similar situation as you when I was your age. I went to speech therapy and my whole Outlook on life changed. Just want you to know this isn't the end of the world you are just as valuable to society as a person who can talk with fluidity. Its all about perspective and understanding that working on your weaknesses makes you a stronger person. I hope this helps and I hope you get to see a speech therapist. Hang tight life gets better.
