Again, how nice of you to tell me about my experience lol. I may sound like a dickhead but I really can't relate to all the shit y'all talk about on here about preplanning words or phone anxiety or anticipating having to speak. Like I said. It just happens. Even on sudden outbursts with zero prior expectation of having to speak. And like I said, I'm on my third decade of having a stutter, and I know how my stutter works better than you. I'm glad anxiety meds or "calming down" works on y'all, but that's never been my issue. Or hasn't been since I was a kid.
