This is a neverending struggle in my life. I freeze up on my last name. I can't even count how many times I haven’t been able to say it at all, and people would confusedly ask, 'Haha, did you forget your last name?' It's always embarrassing because then I have to explain to people what the problem is. I hate it... I've noticed that it helps when I kind of 'blow out' the first letter and pronounce it softly. Works almost every time:)
