Ask to do a recorded presentation, you can edit the long pauses and repetitions in the video and yes it might sound not like normal speech but…it’s still doing exactly what you are required. I hope your teacher is understanding enough to save you from the embarrassment or the looks students may give you in the chance of having crappy peers in the classroom.
