I think we all do.Stuttering is caused by anxiety. You are remembering the times that you felt ashamed in front of crowds.You need to replace bad memories with good memories. Try reading out loud an hour a day to yourself. When speaking, say 4 to 5 words at a time, come to a complete stop, and start again.These are a few things that should help.
