Of course. Speaking is mostly mechanical when it comes to making sounds so by teaching yourself how to speak by going down to the smallest details eventually you'll improve. What's helped me is to practice voice retraining exercises everyday and to track my progress with videos of myself speaking. This improved my progress 100 fold! This is gonna sound crazy but I've cut down on my stuttering by probably 90% since doing this. Systems work!
