Thanks! So today (the next day from this video), I have this belief system now that I can instantly go fluent like a non-stutterer (edit: I think we know that we can say any word but there is a difference when we are in a stutter state vs non-stutter state for that same word. My next video might talk about how I differentiated the 2 states and how that helped me). I feel less excited than yesterday but still feel I can be in a fluent state. The other feelings are creeping up today but I feel they don't matter. I'm starting to set aside anxiety and the other things as just other feelings to live with unrelated to my stutter that should no longer effect my fluency and I think I'm beginning to reckon with it where-as before I had a strong association with those feelings and fluency.
