Just recently I began saying “um” like every other word, sometimes repeatedly. I’ve had a stutter as long as I remember and never started saying it until now. I can’t seem to stop saying “um.” I’ll try not to but I can’t stop. I’m not quite sure how to stop saying it. Happy holidays to you too.
