Try to get a good night's sleep. I find myself stuttering much more when I'm mentally tired. Try not to make a big deal out of it. This one is easier said than done I know. Eventually though if you keep at it, stuttering becomes less and less a stressful event. You'll stutter less too if you create the mindset that it isn't a big deal.
