Nah man I haven’t, I didn’t even think it was such a big problem because I’ve had it since I could talk! My family didn’t even take me to a speech therapist when I was younger for god knows what reason but I can’t blame them! I legit only realised how much of a big deal it was to my life like a year ago so I started looking into but read that you will truly never get rid of it so I lost all my hope
