Wow this makes so much sense! I totally relate with being in the present moment because then we’re much more calmer. I use to stutter to the point that it would be hazardous to be around me while I was speaking since I would stomp & hit people’s arms to at least get the words out; thank god that was when I was 5-9 ever since then it has got tremendously better; but I’ve turned 20 and have had moments where when I’m calm and don’t give a fuck who I am speaking to I tend to speak soo fluently and also knowing I don’t have to rush to speak makes me even more calmer. I’ll definitely try out this method
