1. I stutter since birth. Don't really know the cause, no one in my family stutters. 2. I have trouble with vowels (I'm a Spanish/Italian speaker). 3. It gets worse at random, but I think it varies based on my confidence and self esteem. 4. It's... hard. But it's also useful to filter out shallow people. It never really prevented me from doing anything in life, but it's really hard when people look at you like you were an alien.
