I only block when my brain decides to say a word I don’t intend to say

I only block when my brain decides to say a word I don’t intend to say If I’m talking and my train of thought is: “Today I went to the supermarket” My brain thinks I’m gonna stutter and decides to throw in meaningless words throughout the sentence such as “like” and “in a way” So the pronunciation buffer becomes: “Today *\like/* I *\in-in-in/* went to the *\like/* supermarket” These buffer words don’t get pronounced, I just block severely on them, but today I recognized that when I block it’s my mouth deciding to pronounce buffer words which my brain is trying to suppress, so I end up with excruciating blocks. Can anyone relate? How does one tackle this?
