Situation: Since 1 year I work 40 hours a week as teacher. l speak 8 hours daily. ______ Problem: since 1 year ago, every day before my work day starts, I tell myself: "Today I will speak slowly the whole day". But every day after 5 or 20 minutes I am too embarrassed to speak slowly. So, then I speak at normal pace resulting in stutter on every word. ___ Solution: I should discipline (or motivate) myself to speak very slowly. Any idea how?
