I wouldn't say that to someone who stutters. Girls have told me it's "cute" when I stutter and I don't like it. They have no idea the torment I go through to get a word out. That's like telling someone they look nice in a wheelchair, disregarding how debilitating it is day-to-day. It's demeaning.
