What steps are you taking to change? I believe in Speech Therapy to improve fluency. It worked for me, and it has worked for others. I'm not talking about speech therapy that might have been provide in school. I mean professional services from a speech pathologist. And you have to put in the work. There is a recent post in this sub where they achieved dramatic improvement in TWO MONTHS. They put in the work and saw the results. Are you lazy? or are you depressed? I'm not qualified to assess you, and I mean no offense, but you may be suffering from depression. Stuttering is a huge weight to carry. And many of us carry it for years. It wears on many of us. It beats us down. Seeing someone to assess if you're struggling with depression can't hurt. Make today your day. Write down a plan to makes changes. It doesn't have to be anything I suggested. It's your life, and you get to make your own plans. Your university will have services to start the ball rolling with seeking help. You don't have to go it alone. Seek professional advice from professional. Most of us here aren't professionals. We're just sharing our experiences and want to help. We'll be here to support you.
