I think it's like any other job -- it'll be hard at first to talk to people (over the phone, in person, etc.,) but then get a lot easier. Think about it -- you'll have to call other agents on your client's behalf. That'll be tough at first since nobody will know you. But after a while, they'll all recognize your voice on the phone. Same with title people, cleaners, inspectors, etc., I suppose if you joined the right kind of realty at first you might be able to find a good mentor to make introductions and make the transition a lot easier. On a messed-up side note, if you do stutter in front of clients, etc., they'll probably actually say you're more "honest." Good luck!
