Alright yall, hear me out. (Biden) Yall it’s not his stuttering. Look at Biden in the 90s his speech was great and hardly had a stutter. If you guys know anything about Parkinson’s and how it affects speech, I would contribute it to that, not his stutter. I would say that his blocks and his low monotone voice are more so because they way Parkinson’s effect the brain: “Parkinson's disease causes difficulty in talking primarily due to the degeneration of neurons in the substantia nigra, a region of the brain located in the midbrain. The substantia nigra plays a crucial role in regulating movement and coordination. The loss of dopamine-producing neurons in this area leads to the motor symptoms associated with Parkinson's disease, including bradykinesia (slowness of movement) and hypophonia (reduced voice volume), which can affect speech.” And let’s be fair, he couldn’t even formulate a thought process correctly. We’re all capable of anything regardless of our speech gets in the way or not. Have a great day
